Hines manages 31 West 52nd Street, located directly across from the Museum of Modern Art. The lobby gallery, Gallery W52, is a public space that is free and open to the public year round. In 2004, Dinaburg Arts developed an ongoing exhibition program of 5 exhibitions a year.
